We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this fairly clean hotel. The continental breakfast included cereal, muffins, milk, fresh bread and pastries, but we didn't have time and didn't try all the menu.

We loved staying here, the place met all requests.

The staff were polite, personable, would stay here again. I loved the continental breakfast with cereals, muffins, fresh bread, pastries and milk.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was unbeatable near to the main attractions in Gatlinburg as well as downtown. Compact rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, pretty friendly personnel.

I liked that, I have never been in a better hotel. Not expensive venue located in a secure area close enough to all the attractions, downtown, all bars and distillierys.

I liked peaceful setting and non-smoking rooms. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were kind of rude. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. It was surely a just perfect stay.

It's welcome base for sightseeing and exploring Gatlinburg. No complaints, I would recommend it.

You guys made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was outstanding with cheese, muffins, slices of fresh bread, fruit and pastries, the bed was cozy. Greatly enjoyed the main bar. Secluded location of this boutique style hotel was a bonus.

Continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. A huge variety of supplies in the room: multi-channel television, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

Efficient check-in and flexible check-out, plus the staff was very very helpful. We loved that this absolutely amazing hotel is set in the amazing area. Also, Gatlinburg Ziplines was just walking distance from the property. The view from our lovely room was outstanding. Pool was amazing and there was a nice restaurant on site.

Beds were nice and the breakfast was good hot. The staff was extremely friendly, rooms were compact and individual. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was ideal. I found amazing the melting pot restaurant within walking distance of the property. I had the brunch there.

All is perfect, I had a nice trip. The rooms are non-smoking and nicely decorated, the hotel is excellent. It boasts a fab location ; near the center of downtown Gatlinburg, the shops, the main attractions. Excellent customer service provided too. There's convenient parking available and good internet too.

Liked this hotel, had FANTASTIC experience. Sweet staff, cheap and really cool room. Large enough suite and soft bed. The location was pretty decent, relatively near Arrowmont School of Arts Crafts. The restaurant was amazing, I ordered hot dishes. Fancy place with friendly service too.

Cool location, the room was light and beds were cozy. Location near a public beach. Absolutely brilliant view of mountain. Restaurant was great and clean.

Family friendly hotel, very clean, SO WONDERFUL staff. Our room had a fine bed and a decent view. We loved breakfast so much, it was free. Facilities were basic too.

Location was stunning, I loved particularly good rooms and informative staff. Exceptional view, a nice balcony, perfect bed, too. Excellent food, excellent service. The pool was great and I had mixed drinks in the 24-hour bar.

We had a real good 2 nights stay. Facility was clean and nice little. Based in a secure area. Could use ironing free of charge, that's nice.

A hip new place to stay when in Gatlinburg. Best possible location, beautifully decorated room and very, very nice staff. And it also had lovely view. Its bathroom was best.

It is value for price. We appreciated the staff and location. Shoney's, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. Bed was extra good.
